SOP’S must be written by an expert with clearly mentioned each and every step with all pros and cons enable the user to cope with any situation and taking preventions. DOCUMENTATION There must be a plan for documents to be keep them in the custody of a responsible person. Filing the papers and keeping the files and folders properly.
